Flat Fee: A fixed fee for specific services or projects.
Monthly Retainer: A regular fee for ongoing services and support.

Remarks:

  • Applicable for Factory Checking upon request, Expo Accompanying, Vendor Evaluation, Production Auditing, Pre-shipment Cargo Inspection, Product Design and Prototype Development, Market Research/Industry Analysis Reports (subject to client requirements; the exact amount will be quoted and agreed upon by the client before implementation).
  • Traveling expenses such as air tickets (economy class), land transport, hotel accommodation (standard room), and meal allowances are reimbursed at actual cost.
  • The man-day rate applies to one consultant / inspector for 8 working hours per day. Any working hours on Sundays/public holidays, or over 8 hours on weekdays will be charged at an overtime rate.
  • For effective inspections, clients must remind suppliers to comply with the appointed inspection date and ensure the necessary instruments/equipment are available to complete the inspection.

Shipping & Logistics Handling Fee

Sample and Courier Fee: Costs associated with sending samples and couriers.
Domestic Shipping Fee: Cost to ship items from the seller to the agent’s warehouse at origin.
International Freight Fee: Cost to ship items from the agent’s warehouse to the destination address.
Storage Fee: Charges for storing items in the agent’s warehouse beyond a certain period.
Consolidation Fee: Fee for combining multiple cargo into one shipment to save on international freight costs.

Payment Processing Fee

Handling Fee: Charges for fund transfer and payment processing, especially for international payments.

Quality Control & Inspection Fee

Inspection Fee: Costs for conducting quality inspections and factory audits.
Arrival Inspection Fee: Charges for inspecting items upon arrival at the warehouse.

Travel & Third Party Expenses

Travel Costs: Expenses related to travel, accommodation, and other costs incurred during supplier visits and inspections.

Communication & Overhead Expenses

Administrative Costs: Expenses related to communication, such as phone calls, emails, and other administrative activities.
