Remarks:
- Applicable for Factory Checking upon request, Expo Accompanying, Vendor Evaluation, Production Auditing, Pre-shipment Cargo Inspection, Product Design and Prototype Development, Market Research/Industry Analysis Reports (subject to client requirements; the exact amount will be quoted and agreed upon by the client before implementation).
- Traveling expenses such as air tickets (economy class), land transport, hotel accommodation (standard room), and meal allowances are reimbursed at actual cost.
- The man-day rate applies to one consultant / inspector for 8 working hours per day. Any working hours on Sundays/public holidays, or over 8 hours on weekdays will be charged at an overtime rate.
- For effective inspections, clients must remind suppliers to comply with the appointed inspection date and ensure the necessary instruments/equipment are available to complete the inspection.
